       David Empringham
David Empringham’s success on the track is upstaged only by his unique ability to help other drivers learn the techniques that brought him his success. David has been Toyota Atlantic Champion twice (1993 & 1994), Firestone Indy Lights Champion (1996), Grand Am Cup Champion (2002) and Grand Am Koni Champion (2005). In 2003 he won the 24 Hours of Daytona – from pole the chequered flag – and continues to take first place honours in events around the world.

Still at the top of his game, David has also become one of the most respected drivers’ consultants in the industry, coaching Hoover Orsi to his Formula Atlantic Series Championship in 2001, Ryan Dalzeil to his two consecutive 2nd place series finishes in the Sierra Atlantic Series (2003 & 2004), and coaching Rafael Matos to his Sierra Atlantic Championship in 2007.

His clear, simple teaching style combined with a keen understanding of the dynamics behind top performance continue to help drivers improve their skills, regardless of their experience level.

       Ken Wilden
Ken Wilden has dedicated his career to teaching others and pushing himself. A title-winning driver since the early 90s (Player’s GM Champion in 1992 and Motorola Cup Titlist in 1994) Ken continues to succeed on the track, winning the Grand-Am Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge Grand Sport Championship in 2009. He has raced Formula Atlantic, Trans-Am, Grand Sport and Daytona Prototype, bringing his keen driving skills equally to a wide range of performance racing divisions. He has raced some of the greatest circuits in North America, from Mosport to the Virginia International Speedway, from the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course to the legendary Laguna Seca.

But racing success should never overshadow his capabilities as an educator. For decades Ken has owned and operated driving schools across Ontario, training new drivers and corporate drivers, while helping performance drivers learn the fundamentals of track driving technique. Novice and season drivers alike appreciate his engaging, personal approach, his wealth of technical expertise, and his innate ability to help drivers find the missing techniques that truly transform their track driving experience.
